Someone ask me don't force her to work if she doesn't want to work .

My boss called me

Jean : Hey is unix with you.?
Me : No , why .?
Jean : I just want to ask her whether she can work afternoon shift also .
Me : How come .?
Jean : Cause got a lady wants to quit .
Me : Oh I don't think unix wants .
Jean : Hmmm , do you think that lady can in sales .?
Me : I think she's ok uhs for a new sales person with us .
Jean : Hmm , Ok . Thanks uhs .


After that I called her again .

Me : jean , if she don't want work then don't force her lo .
Jean : oh ok . I ask her to call me later le .
Me " okays , bye bye .



Can someone explain . In this conversation where did I force her to wotk .?
And someone says I FORCE HER .
Soooo fucking unfair !!
Someone says I help her to talk .
I just honestly answer . Is it wrong . Or should I say ....

Jean : Do you think that lady can in sales .?
Me : NO LA . Her sales is SO BAD . She cannot make it de la .


I wont say this what . Later ppl thinks I bad mouth other ppl . And I fucking don't like .
